First and foremost, I would like to thank my trainer, nutritionist, and mentor FRANK JEZIORO!!   Frank is the owner and operator at the best personal training studio ever, Jezioro's Personal Training Studio.  Words can not describe how thankful I am of all Frank's help and support.  He has taught me so much and has helped me in so many ways.  Frank even encouraged me to start my own business as a personal trainer, doing what I love to do. 

I owe all my success in the sport of Figures to Frank.  He trained me when I won my IFBB Pro Card in Figures in 2006,  when I won the overall in my first IFBB PRO contest this year in 2008, and currently now training for the biggest contest in the world, the FIGURE OLYMPIA.
